Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans
Expertise in emergency planning and response to insure business continuity in the event of natural disasters, fire, hazardous materials spills, pandemic and other emergencies. Expertise in hazardous materials response and has trained hundreds of emergency response workers in OSHA HAZWOPER to hazardous materials technical level. Designed, developed and trained volunteer workers in these emergency programs for Western Electric in 1980 and then later for AT&T. He was the Safety Director for the AT&T Network Disaster Recovery Team and Special Operations Hazardous Materials Team. He was instrumental in the coordination and execution of numerous joint exercises with local emergency organizations and government emergency agencies around the nation over the past 40 years.
